EMS considers good working conditions to be part of corporate social responsibility (CSR).

There are plenty of reasons for a company to provide good working conditions: less absenteeism due to illness, fewer people unfit for work, less staff turnover, a better image and more efficient production. But above all, motivated employees that enjoy working for EMS!

What does this mean for our employees?
